Hi! I'm Judy. I'm currently a junior in YanPing high school and am now the president of the YanPing MUN club. I established this club last semester hoping to have a positive influence on the campus and help students become more internationally aware.
I have passion for traveling, public speaking, and international affairs. I like to explore different places and meet foreign friends. I keep in close contact with friends from around the world and enjoy learning the unique cultures about their countries. In my free time, I can be found singing, playing the piano, dancing, and figure skating. I am glad to hold a MUN conference in YanPing for the very first time, and am excited to meet all the distinguished delegates!
Chair: Cherie Aria
Hi delegates! Welcome to YPMUN 2016, I'm extremely honored to be the chair.
My name is Cherie (that's pronounced shuh-REE.) I'm currently a college freshman at NCCU department of communications with an undecided major. My dream is to be a mermaid with 2 pet otters and a fluffy sea-unicorn.
As you all know, this is the first year that YanPing has ever held a conference, it's actually also the first year that YanPing even has a MUN club. I am very glad that I was able to see a MUN club of our own be founded right before my graduation from YP. I hope that you will all be able to develop global awareness and the abilities of critical thinking, researching and debate.
To me the best part of MUN is to meet the awesome people so I'm very looking forward to meeting you amazing creatures, see you on 4/30!

Hi delegates, my name is Rosie. I am now a freshman studying Arabic at NCCU. I don't have a lot of MUN experience, but I can assure you that being a part of the debate is worth it. This may be your first time attending MUN, but you don't have to worry. First MUNers always learn the most. I am happy that I could go back to Yan Ping for the conference, and I hope to see your brilliant ideas and vigorous discussion!

Hi, my name is Timmy. I am a sophomore in Yan-Ping high school. I enjoy playing the piano, GO with strong players, and basketball with my best friends. I am also quite good at a special game called Speed Stacks, which even got me on a TV show once, playing with a then-famous Japanese actor Tamaki Hiroshi. At my first MUN conference, I didn’t participate a lot in the beginning because I had never had a similar experience before. So I made myself an “observer” for the first day. On the next day though, I told myself to stop overthinking it. Just do it. Then everything became easy. So if you are first MUNers, don’t be afraid. Let’s have fun in the conference.
